Due to illness I had a limited amount of money available but a lot of work needed to be done, it had been a worry for some time. Craig was recommended to me and he kindly understood my circumstances and agreed to do the work for a reduced fee! Never once did he not show-up when he said he would, never once asked for money and always supplied receipts for any materials purchased. He went over and above doing lots of extra bits and wouldn’t take any extra money – that can go towards your animal rescue work – was his reply. The level and quality of the work he did was superb and the house looks lovely now with its brilliant white newly painted fascias. I was so impressed and appreciated it so much I have asked him to do additional work for me, when I’ve saved up of course! I couldn’t recommend him more – excellent tradesman – thanks.

Craig did a fantastic job for us. He is very professional, polite and reliable and made sure that we were completely happy and satisfied with the work performed. He offered a great price and service. We had the whole exterior of the house cleaned, fascia boards, garage doors, all external upvc etc etc. There was also a problem with one of the gutters being blocked which Craig also quickly deloading="lazy" width="100" height="100" alt with. Highly recommended and will definitely use him in the future.

Fantastic! Craig was nice and friendly and took his time. Did a fantastic I job – lots of moss came out of the gutters and a lot came from the down pipe nr my water butt. He offered me advice and even cleared the moss of my conservatory roof 🙂 and mended a broken pipe another workman had damaged (going the extra mile and doing an excellent job!) He is very knowledgeable and as I was a lady in on my own I felt safe having him around. My house looks like new – I will certainly be using Craig again next time! Quick quote no trouble and genuinly nice guy (I’ve come across a few bad workmen in my time!) competitive price, highly recommended.

Craig came along and did an amazing job cleaning the gutter at the front of the house and repair the gutter to the rear. I spent 2 years asking countless tradesmen to come and give me a quote to repair the gutter. They all came and went without reply. Craig came along, looked at it, gave me a quote and the repair was expertly carried out the very next morning. Awesome job Craig. Perfect execution of gutters cleaning and general fixing, conservatory and windows cleaning in and out.
We had the service of all round the house gutter cleaning and conservatory cleaning outside and inside. The service was perfectly executed. The level of effort put by Craig was enormous and the effect is so great. On top of the things we’ve asked we were given very good advise of general maintenance of our house facilities to keep it in best shape. Perfectly cleaned gutters, conservatory upvcs and glass, sills and everything. All around shines as new. Where possible gutters were not only cleaned but also reset to best fit for water draining.
Prices were the best of all companies we quoted for and communication and scheduling was very prompt and fast.
Craig was very polite, nice to have a little chat and served advise on found faults as well as generic maintenance. I strongly recommend Nice’n’White!

Excellent guttering and UPVC fascia cleaning company in the Nottingham area. Well-priced, helpful, very thorough and turn up when they say they will!! We lost the contact details and once used our window cleaner but the result was not as good and didn’t last anywhere near as long, so loading="lazy" width="100" height="100" although cheaper it was a false economy. They also do property maintenance.

My one year old conservatory was looking a little grubby on the outside. The guarantee has a clause that it must be cleaned regular in order for the guarantee to remain valid. I have also had a leak in the roof which the conservatory company are insisting is condensation, I have argued this point. So I researched seeking a conservatory cleaning company, the outcome was I engaged Nice-n-White based on reviews, correspondence with the company and cost. Craig arrived onsite and within 10 mins of cleaning identified where the leak was coming from along with other minor issues the conservatory has. He was extremely meticulous with the cleaning process and the end result is I have a lovely clean conservatory and ammunition to take back to the conservatory company. I will be having Nice-N-White back again and have no hesitation in recommending their services. Whilst on site Craig was extremely helpful when I asked him to look over other maintenance work I have that needs doing in the near future namely gutter cleaning so I will be booking them again real soon.

We were very impressed with the work carried out by Craig.He worked none stop for most of the day clearing out the gutters and cleaning the fascias and conservatory. My gutters hadn’t been cleaned for about 5 years so I asked Nice-n-White to clean them and to clear moss from the roof.They did this professionally and conscientiously, leaving the fascias looking white as new. In the process they also fixed small problems with the gutters and unblocked down-pipes and drains at no extra cost. I asked them to come back to check for blockages in the remaining down-pipes. They removed blockages and fixed problems with the house’s rain water drainage.I am certain that the work carried out by nice-n-white has avoided the need for much more expensive repairs in the future.All the work carried out was done at a very reasonable price.I have no hesitation in recommending nice-n-white, in fact I’ve made a note in my diary to get them back next year to clean my gutters.

Have had other people clear our guttering over the years but all have failed to clear some guttering deemed ‘inaccessible’ because of our large conservatory abutting the back wall of the house. But ‘Nice Man’ Craig impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism and cleaned the entire guttering – taking pictures with his mobile ‘before and after’ clearing and cleaning. Also undertook some repairs, explaining why and where, as he went along. I eventually paid him more than he asked, because the quality of his work was so good!!!

Nice-n-white, a lovely guy called Craig came round and quoted me for cleaning all the fascias and the decking at the back of the house (quite a large area). I wouldn’t normally go with something like this (only usually through recommendation) but the price was so reasonable I took a chance and was very happy with the results. He did a lot more than I expected and even cleaning out my drains which he discovered were blocked. So all in all good price, good job and extra work done for no extra cost. My house and garden look so much better, would definately have him back. Highly recommended.

Craig came out after giving an over the phone quote. A lot more work was needed than first thought. Craig was extremely flexible and accommodating, he also cleaned adjoining property guttering which was having a knock on effect on our guttering and down pipes, including shared down pipes. Would highly recommend, friendly service and competitively priced.
